A programmer/Wordpress Programmer to do technical work to improve SEO Capability

I have a few technical tasks I need to delegate. I am looking for someone who has studied IT and therefor is well equipped to do programming work as I will not be able to guide you through the process. What I can provide is a 392 pages report (from SEO Powersuite) that lists all the links that are mentioned below. However this report is in German but as the description part is more than short I would assume that running the descriptions through a translation program should do the job. Therefor if you have an account with SEO Powersuite or MOZ that would be a good starting point.

However I will also ask to run your own report with your analysing software to confirm the above and to have a starting point to later on confirm that all issues have been resolved. Please ensure you only apply for this job if you are confident you can solve it.

I have the following issues that need to be taken care of:

- Ressources with 4xx Status Code to be solved (9387 of them)

- Pages with 302 Divertion (89 of them)

- to long URLs (241 of them)

- defect Links (36.857 of them)

- defect Pictures (8910 of them)

- double Titles (26 of them)

- to long titles (32 of them)

- empty Meta Description (276 of them)

- double Meta Description (18 of them)
