PHP Script for take data from feeds and html pages

I need a script for a client that works like a scraper, to take data from two xml feeds and html pages, and merge into a new csv feed.
I have two xml feeds of products to import to Woocommerce
One with all important data like SKU, price, products name, availability and link to specifics html pages that contains all product information (description, attributes)
The second with two columns: SKU and Image link, but one link for row.
I need that script take the main informations from the first XML File for create a new CSV Feed, add column with all images links from the second file and put all in the same row but different column, and take informations from HTML page and merge into CSV Feed.
I need to call this script by CRON JOBS, so it's important that the script is able to continue CSV generation if there is an error. I have to run into VPS, so we have no problem of resources.
