PHP edits to existing Bootstrap-based website.

[url removed, login to view] has a couple of simple custom-made CMS modules, with a couple of content types.

Here are some examples of content types that appear as a page using the CMS:

We are not looking to create a new CMS, just to add an extra content type to be used for this page:

Currently, the Bios page is one single HTML document which is manually edited in Dreamweaver. We would like to duplicate the functionality of the Tips, Jokes, Quotes, Testimonials, etc. to work with the bios page. Attaching a screenshot of what the CMS looks like on the front-end, it's very simple.

I will do all the HTML formatting. All you need to do is duplicate an existing content type, add a couple of additional fields as I will explain, and integrate it into the front-end CMS/back-end SQL library. All necessary access will be provided when project is awarded.

Two more things I would like to have done while you're around:

If you can include a drag-and-drop or other simple re-ordering method to the Bios, that would be great.

We need you to also integrate a Captcha into the web-to-lead Salesforce form on [url removed, login to view]

I know this is very simple if you know what you're doing. It's just out of my reach as an HTML coder.
