Payment gateway integration

l am looking for a developer with coding skills and experience in integrating banking payment gateways into eCommerce sites. This is not just integrating Paypal or 2Checkout. l have own banking software and eCommerce site and need my users to pay using balances in their banking accounts. The ecommerce gateway models and modules are created already, its creating communication between two platforms, database that especially needs attention. l also require creating Paypal and Credit cards payment form for topping up bank balances. This requires coding skills.
