Optimize my website for SEO And make 2 Changes and one bug fix

I have a website that is in need for a SEO optimization makeover, at this moment the pages aren't even looked by google and I don't know why, it's only seeing my home page.

And I also have 2 other changes that I want:

At this moment when you click anywhere on that tab then the countries will open, I want to change this to only the online button:

[login to view URL]

Change 1:

At this moment I can fill in on which countries it's "offline" but it's not working, I uncheck a country but it's not changing after refresh.

Change 2:

When I uncheck a country (so it means offline) then I want this : [login to view URL] To be changed to "Partial" in Orange

Change 3:

At this moment it shows all the countries that are online, I only want to show the countries that are 'Offline' [login to view URL]

And I want to be able to place a comment next to the 'offline'
