Obtain Instagram GRAPH API

I am building a web app which is based on instagram posts.
the main purpose of the app is to search desired hashtag posts and display them on a screen.
So far i have managed to these steps to obtain API:
- created instagram account
- created facebook page and connected it with IG
- have a Developer account on FB,
- createed and registered domain
- bought and setup webhosting
- web app as seen on demo example above
At the moment i would need someone to get me long lived acess token of Instagram GRAPH API and do the Facebook app revied.
