Need woocommerce plugin built that takes away states during checkout drop down menu

I had a previous version of this program (which I attached) and it worked fine, but I tried to install it on my website, and it is no longer working for the new site I just built, most likely because of the update.
So I need a working plugin that does the same thing built and out put onto my site. Should be pretty simple I imagine its just a few changes from the old plugin that was circulating around the internet.
