Need a recipe finder script

I need a recipe finder script written in PHP or XML which does the following:

search the WWW for recipes containing these ingredients on Google, Yahoo, and on recipe WWW sites,

collect, combine, format and present the responses to the user in an appropriate manner, and

allow the user to choose a recipe and then invoke an online shopping site (Tesco, Ocada, etc) with the remaining ingredients.
