Website & Hybrid App for a website like Oyo Rooms.

client will list PG & Hostel stays only across India

Here's what is going to be needed :

All India location filters to be put along with the category of "All cities"

3 types of admin panel would be needed

Client Admin panel

Hotel Admin Panel

User Admin panel

Corporate Booking Panel login for Bulk Bookings with discounted rates & a contact detail form with drop downs, where information can be submitted as well

Payment gateway : Indian & International. Client is currently using Payu for Indian transactions, please suggest any cheaper option for Indian payments if any

Filters for all city search like budget, facilities like shown in Oyo rooms

Ability for each user to upload documents like passport, aadhar card. The admin panel should be able to confirm the documents within 15 mins

Mail & SMS confirmation to go immediately to all 3 parties

Mail & SMS confirmation for step happening with each booking

Ability to change & Amend Bookings for clients on the website & app with instant updates
