Inside the gateway, go to Settings: Security Keys.
Generate a Key by entering a description. Check the boxes next to both API and Cart. You will need the Key ID and Key.
Admin Panel Setup Instructions
Inside WooThemes' settings, choose 'Settings -- Checkout' and choose 'Authorize SIM'.
Enable/Disable: (check box)
Title: Credit Card
Description: Pay with your credit card.
API Login ID: Use the "Key ID" (7 numbers)
Transaction Key: Use the Key (32 characters, alpha numeric)
MD5 Hash: gateway
Sale Method: Authorize & Capture (do not select Authorize Only)
Transaction Mode: Live (Don't use Sandbox)

Changing the POST URL in the SIM Plugin
There are several files where the URL needs to be changed, since some of the logic is being pulled from several different places.
The file path is …/wc-gateway-authorize-sim/includes/lib
