Modify Wordpress Theme from Colorlabs

I require a web designer to modify the property listing theme Foxestate on link below from Colorlabs:

I require the template to be modified to do the following:
- Add additional property features / settings so users can put additional information on appropriate section in addition to number of bedrooms, floor area etc. which are already included in the theme
- Add an option to upload drawings of the property which should be separate from the photographs.
- Add few additional categories to categories the properties.
I may require further modification of the theme later if you are successful at doing above.
