Looking for a script(s) to Extract information from Textarea to fill form

I'm currently running a custom CMS to manage recruitment activities.
When adding a Candidate record, we can upload their CV/Resume document. On upload the contents of the file is displayed in a textarea. I'm now looking for a script to basically "extract" information from this area and add the data to the form.
Data I'm looking to extract (if present):-
- First Name,
- Last Name,
- Email,
- Phone,
- Address (if present)
- City (if present)
- Postcode (if present)
- Current job title
I have included a screenshot of the page with some model data for the example. To ensure that you have fully read the specification please don't forget to mention ginger in your proposal.
