Looking for a long-term Affiliate Software developer

Hi everyone

In short, I am looking for a talented full-time software developer to developer to essentially build a range of

software products, starting with Affiliate Software.

Eventually, this affiliate software will rival competition like Post Affiliate Pro and iDevAffiliate.

We'll start with a basic affiliate script to prove you have the required skills before we move on to develop the

fully-featured software.

You will need to be:

* Familiar with existing affiliate software and be able to dissect this software (which I can give you).

* Familiar/experienced with the Paypal API.

* Expert at building software applications with multiple back-end client areas.

* Self-directed and doesn't need to be constantly "reminded".

I am looking for a long-term, quality provider, and the compensation plan will reflect this. It's NOT to get as

much as I can for as little as possible.

In other words:

- The payment provider is Paypal

- When a customer orders through an affiliate link, the money is deposited in my paypal, but then the affiliate

is instantly and automatically sent X% of the order value to THEIR paypal address.

- An affiliate signs up by paying $1 to my paypal, and is automatically sent their own affiliate id and link.

Please provide me brief details about how you plan to achieve this functionality.

Once we have successfully cloned these features we can talk about moving on to more advanced features.
