I need an experienced programmer to develop a custom-built website for a Loadshedding scheduler. The project has a high priority and needs to be completed as soon as possible Before 20 May 2024

Basics Summary:

The Load shedding Scheduler System is a comprehensive solution designed to

address the challenges associated with managing and implementing load shedding in

an efficient and organized manner. As electricity supply continues to be a critical

issue in Zimbabwe, it is imperative to have a system in place that can effectively

manage the limited supply of electricity during periods of high demand or supply

constraints. The Load shedding Scheduler System aims to provide utilities, grid

operators, and other stakeholders with a powerful tool to schedule and manage load

shedding in a way that minimizes disruption to consumers while maintaining grid

stability. The system offers advanced features such as real-time monitoring, predictive

analytics, and automated scheduling to optimize the allocation of available during

periods of scarcity

Problem Definition:

The issue of electricity shortages has always been an issue in Zimbabwe, there has

always been a gross imbalance between the electricity available and the demand for it.

Due to the depressed local power generation coupled by increased electricity demand

as well as power import constraints, it means that the country will not be able to meet

the demand for electricity

Requirements or Objectives:

- User Registration and Login: The website should allow users to create accounts and log in securely.

- Schedule Display and Updates: It should display the scheduled power outages in different areas.

- Notification Alerts: Users should receive timely notifications about upcoming outages and be able to customize these alerts to their locations.

- Monitoring Tool: The website should have a monitoring tool that generates reports on power consumption in different areas.

- Feedback Platform: Users should be able to provide feedback and report issues related to the power outages.

- Energy Saving Tips: Provide users with recommendations and tips on how to save electricity.

- ZESA Tokens Purchase: Provide users a convenient platform to buy ZESA tokens online using mobile money.

Ideal skills for this project include:

- Proficiency in programming and web development, especially in creating custom-built websites.

- Experience in integrating user registration, notification alerts, and feedback platforms.

- Knowledge of power consumption monitoring tools and report generation.

- Understanding of e-commerce and secure online payment methods.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
