As above. I have a marketplace ecommerce site I am about to launch and I need someone diligent to do the following (easy) testing:
sign up as a seller (create 3 shops) and list some dummy products (2 products per shop) -> check interface usability for sellers, if any problems are found, take a screenshot, label the image clearly with arrows and text and save them to a word document.
Sign up as a buyer (5 different buyers ) and purchase some existing and newly added items with each buyer. I will supply paypal sandbox details to use. These buyers need to make at least 3 purchases each (so 15 purchases).
Check for any problems, offer recommendations if something seems like it could be explained more (tooltips) and so on.
I am looking for someone experienced at website testing who is very dligent and will report any findings accurately so I can fix them. I have tested and developed the site a lot, all should be working fine, but I want someone seperate to also test in case I missed things.
