Google Calendar Based Booking System

I need a booking system built using Google-Calendar as the main database. Below are the requirements I need for Users to be able to achieve via a Web-app:

Code:

1- Divide 24 hours in 48 30-minute slots

2- If there is an event (a booking), mark Slot as Busy

3- If no event = Slot available

4- If user-desired duration == 2 hours == 4 slots, even if 1 of those slots are taken, do not book (slot unavailable) i.e. User desires 5pm to 7pm, but calendar is busy from 6:30pm to 7pm, booking cannot be made.

5- Prices = See prices algorithm (attached).

5- I do not need a management system, I will be able to alter the code for the little things myself.

Frontend:

The front-end can be simple/raw, I'll design it myself once completed.

1- Select a Date

2- Select a Start time & an End time (calculate duration)

2a- Calculate & show Price (using price_algorithm)

3- See if that spot is available (GCalendar is NOT busy)

3a-- Show available spots (based on attached algorithm)

3b-- Select an available spot = save an event (on GCalendar, && make GCalendar BUSY for that event)

3c-- Save User data (i.e. phone/email/booking-price) in event description and user's full name in Event-title (on GCalendar event)

3d-- If spot is not available, provide user other time slots to book (based on attached algorithm)

Refer to WP plugin called Bookly for a sample. I need the same kind but with my requirements. Customization of that plugin is an option, but only if you are certain of it.
