Fix Laravel Website & Get ready for Ad Placements

Im looking for an expert in Laravel. I need a list of things to be done on the website. To give you an example.
1. On mobile browsers, the top header logo is being cut off and needs to move down to clearly see it and the sandwich bar is mis-aligned. That is one example.
2. The website wasn't made in the thoughts of having advertising ads so I need someone to ad spaces/blocks, areas where ads can be placed. Your suggestions will help greatly. I will provide screenshots where i believe the ads might work but you need to tell me if its ok to put it there without affecting everything else on the page.
