Finish Off Simple Project - Needs Done Right Now

A freelancer had started work on a project and completed 95% of the work but has gone offline and let us down as we have no database to put the site live. We have the frontend files and scripts but need someone to get the backend up and running as the site should have went up today.
Site is simple bootstrap / PHP / stripe payment
You will need to be able to start right now and finish today. Do not bid then say you can not start until tomorrow etc.
Its no more than a couple of hours work
