Design & Build Cart System For Food Delivery Website

I have a static website of food delivery business. It is a information website. I have an android app and its web based back end in php.

Now i want to implement the cart system in website also, so that my customer can buy food from website also. You need to design and develop the system using php. preferred using codeigniter framework. You need to use the current UI & Feels of website.

Flow of website

1) User land into home page.

2) user select there location from a drop down kind of list (it should be ajax enabled )

3) User redirect to Food items page.

4) User should filter food by category.

5) After clicking food, it should show food details in popup

6) After clicking add to cart, user can select addon food from a popup list, after that it should add to cart the food.

6) Each food will have delivery slot. before checkout , you must ask customer to select the delivery slot.

7) Customer can select multiple dates (single time slot) for delivery. for example i want to order chicken combo for 5th march, 7th march,8th march days @ 2pm.

8) All this date and quantity should reflect the cart amount.

9) There should have coupon apply system.

10) Before checkout you must login/register user with mandatory email & mobile number. User can login with either mobile number or email id.

11) After login user can manage there address,account. They can check status of order and past orders.

12) You have to use payumoney payment gateway.

13) You have to use already built database.

Budget is low and i need this in 3 day. if you are confident and ready with low budget then bid this project.
