customize php script for live learning video between teacher and students

I want to build a system or a customization to have the teacher broadcast live video lessons
The teacher can see students and students see the teacher like the [login to view URL] site
But we do not want to rely on any external assistant, we want everything inside the site only
We have this script and we are thinking about customizing it instead of creating a new script :

The script will be intended not for educational courses, but for students from the first grade until the secondary stage
And we want to add this customization in the script
1 - The student will have a wallet on the site. The lesson can be purchased with a balance in the wallet
2- The wallet can be shipped by visa via our local payment gateway (we have my own api files for local gateway)
3- Through the script, cards can be created .. these cards have numbers and then can be printed on the site (each card has a specific financial value and can be used only once ( like coupon code in woocommerce )
3 - The wallet can be shipped via this card above and not purchase lessons
4 - The site will be divided into lessons this is steps pages :
Choose the educational stage - then choose material, then choose the teacher, then choose the lesson
5- Upon reaching the lesson page, the student will have the following options :
First: Reserve the lesson to attend the lesson in the Education Center, not online
Second: book the lesson and buy it online to attend the lesson directly live
H - All lessons that are broadcast will be recorded and available to the student who booked the lesson at any time
H - The script that we have chosen is a script that does not support RTL and we want it to be in one language (Arabic supports RTL)
Z - the script is based on the api keys we want to be built to become a mobile application (Android and iPhone) with the same features.
