[CUSTOM WORK] - Edit CSS, HTML on a Wordpress Real Estate Site with theme

I'm looking to implement in mobile version, tablet version and desktop version the template in the attachment. It explains what I'm looking for. All functions are currently developed. I will provide with PSD to adapt the new search. So let me explain to you what it has to be done here:

1) You should set in the upper right side a free search field, where user will be able to enter ID or any keyword and then display the results.

2) The logo has to be in the upper left side and under of it, the menu should be placed.

3) On the same div, but on the left side of the menu, the telephone and social networks should be placed.

4) The search for property should be placed above Revolution Slider. This search will ask for: What are you looking for?. Choose a city. In what location of the city (sector), and minimum and maximum price. All these information are currently developed in the theme.

5) When the user select for example New York (City), it should display the sectors of that city, not all the entries of sectors in the database.

6) Under the slider and the search , there's going to be another search but by sector, and it should display alphabetically the following: SECTOR, CITY., i.e, Queens, New York. Broklyn, New York, etc...

7) You will remove the old search that is on the previous website.

8) You will add on the thumbnail of the lastest properties if it is SELLING or RENTING.

Then on the mobile side:

1) There's should be a sticker header always under the screen with a search icon saying: BUSCAR PROPIEDAD. When the user tap on it, it should display the same search you created in the desktop asking what the user is looking for. I will provide an example for more clarification if needed.

2) You should remove the old search.

3) These 2 steps could apply for the tablet version, but if it displays well the desktop version on the tablet, you could leave it like this.

IMPORTANT:

**** You will develop this in a Child Theme, in order to preserve the custom changes for updates related to the current theme.

I will provide with the theme, and if needed a replica of the theme, with administrator access so modify and make any changes over there.

You will have 10 days (labor days) to develop these changes on CSS, HTML and probably PHP, but as I said, all functions are already implemented in the theme but in another way.
