I own a wordpress site [login to view URL]
I want to keep that site and its theme but I want to duplicate it for another blog site I want to create. I want to change the colors, background, header menu, etc. and I would like someone that is very skilled in word press to do this for me. I also want to replace all the data and help guide me in how to do this. This new blog site will be entirely new subject matter. I need someone who can be a little patient with me as they go through these changes. I don't think it will take more than 8 to 10 hours to do all of this and spend time with me and making it work for me. As I said, the theme of the word press site will stay the same but the theme of the subject matter will change entirely. I will give you access to that domain and the new one so you can duplicate it and begin working with what I have in mind.
I would like to add a section for some advertising ... nothing complex. I want to advertise my own sites on it, so I don't need advertising software, I just need something where I can load a couple of small ads.
I expect an excellent job. No sloppy or lazy programmers. I already have an excellent programmer who works on our major website and may also glance at the code in the end to ensure that whoever put this together did so in an organized way.
I also want support for a month should any modifications that you necessarily (or unnecessarily) created stop working. Asking for accountability of your work should not be hard.
I am not asking for re-invention of the wheel on this one. You would already be off to a good start but you do need to be very good with word press.

Well, if you keep the theme, then no much codding is required. Moving wordpress is not such a big deal if done right. As for the content... it is just a matter of deletting the old posts and settings.
