Create an android vod app -- 2

i've a website with 200+ videos. i hosted it on dedicated server. i've three quality of videos. (hd mp4 ,sd mp4 ,3gp). so i want to make app for my website. i don't want to mess with website and app. i want seperate dashboard for my video app. there i want to add video title, links and description.

i want to create android app which is similar to hotstar app. it's a big app. but i just want the basic funcions of that app. latest videos, trending videos, most watched videos, editors pick videos etc. and i want to monetize the app with display ads before playing video or middle of the video or end of the video. and i want to add offline view for the app. push notifications, analytics, video views etc.
