Costumers Management Module

This module will provide pages of managing costumers data. the project is built with two parts: GUI and Logic.

Regarding all GUI, all user-visible text should be translatable (using gettext).

All coded part should be commented in a doxygen type, including in-code comments in places where the logic is not simple.

The GUI should use bootstrap CSS . All colors in the example are for the example only, colors should be determined by bootstrap CSS.

The GUI will be different for each type of worker, determined by his privileges.

There will be different views for all kinds of privileges.

Attached a preliminary PDR.

More details and PDR will be sent by request.

Added more detailed PDR, which clarify more parts and explain more about the logic part.
