Convert React app to NextJS

I'm using an existing PWA app (food ordering) based on ReactJS in the front end and Laravel as backend (MySQL, Apache, Ubuntu Linux).
I need to make a new design for the desktop version, the existing design is the app itself within an iframe so it is not well designed for desktop browsers.
The motivation is friendly UX/SEO.
A great solution which works well with ReactJS is NextJS so for those who familiar it could be an advantage.
1. Need to implement NextJS for Server Side Rendering (adding metadata and sitemap for good seo).
2. Implement the new design, there are 2 options:
- New HTML Template/Theme (Purchase it and implement using the existing API)
- Change The existing design only for the desktop version (could be an overhead but it depends on css/html experience)
I'm a web developer and also work on this project so I'll be glad to meet someone with the right skills for the job.
