Convert pie chart to donut and create tabbed page

We need modifications made to a web page on our site.

First, there are five pie charts (2 display at one time) that need to be converted from pie charts to donut charts using the Highcharts plugin. The inner chart will aggregate the green and blue slices visible on the current charts and display a category name and percentage on the slices.

Second, there is code that automatically adds a new row of text boxes under "Required Securities" when the last row displayed is selected - the style of the new rows needs to be changed to match the existing rows.

We need 'download' and 'print' icons placed in the upper right corner of the page beneath the header - these images should be free from copyright protection and we'd like to review the images prior to insertion.

We need to eliminate extra space at the bottom of the <div> with the heading "Portfolio Constraints".

Finally, once the above is complete, we'd like the page to be converted to a tabbed page with identical content in both tabs for now.
