Convert Microsoft SQL Database to Online Server based MySQL Database with interface

I have a significant amount of data already stored on a local SQL relational database created by a student in a mix of Microsoft C# and SQL. I currently have a LAMP server with goDaddy that I would like all this information transferred to in a reorganized better way. And to have a secure way of accessing it, querying from it and adding data to it as work commences.

The specific application I want is an online portal (with secure access for different employees) of a construction company in real estate jobs.

A project typically holds data about clients, locations, and information about the work that is done.

A manager typically wants to query projects done in a specific City, for a specific category of clients (Banks for instance), within a specific date range.

It would be awesome if those database records can also be Geo-tagged such that the querier can also see those pins on a map eventually (in a later project in the future).
