- Working closely with analysts, TL to enhance existing applications.
- Continuously learn and improve skills.
- Produce well-organized, optimized, and documented source code.
- Should be able to work independently on assigned tasks\bugs.
Requirements :
- Candidate must have # years of experience.
- Strong PHP skills, both in scripting and object orientated programming (OOPS).
- Good working knowledge on Core PHP Coding (development) along with any of the MVC Frameworks like Code Igniter, CakePHP, Zend, YII
- Must have good experience in Drupal CMS
- Strong understanding & interest in Web technologies like HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery
- Should be strong in writing optimized MySQL / SQL Server queries.
- Excellent communication skills, takes initiative, and self-learner with a positive attitude.
- Team-oriented, Self-motivated, and strong leadership skills necessary.
- Ability to mentor, motivate and pass knowledge to the team member
- Organize and lead the project team through the initiation, planning, execution, control, implementation and closure phases of the project.
- Ability to follow instructions from the team management.
