We need to develop Classified system like a social job portal like cybercoder and linkedin ,
freelancer portal, volunteer portal like [login to view URL] , educational portal like chegg and finance portal like sofi.
Process
I dont have documents, i am tech ignorant. i have idea how to go about it, so read properly.
1) Study each and every page in existing above websites and report them all in excel list.
2) we will decide which functions / pages to develop and which to drop.
3) We design robust system as per above 2 points.
4) We develop and code as per above 3.
Financials
I dont release upfront.
I dont accept any other financial proposal, other than one mentioned here.
I would deposit half money in milestone on development of 2 bugfree subdomain portal.
And another half in milestone and release to team on development and delivery of remaning 3 subdomain portal
If you agree to above terms, only then bid, else not waste each other time.
