We would like to build a spreadsheet that auto-populates when a user selects and completes a "task" in the CRM.
We have used Zapier to create a spreadsheet when a new task is added, however we would like to be able to see when a task is completed and what specific task was complete i.e New call, new meeting, 2nd meeting etc to manage a small sales team and there activity.
