Build an small fulltime Team for smalls ongoing projects.

I have an ongoing long term project that I need to add new *full timers* to it. I will be looking for 3 developers to join the team at this time.
The project make use of:
- AngularJS and Angular;
- Java
- PHP
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- Flutter
We have our own framework and environments and have all documents to have it created and added to your desktop/laptop. Any candidate would be able to add/complete this environment as part of the "hiring process".
* To pass as candidate and be part of the following selection process you would be able to following the provided documents have the complete setup in order to get the first task.
* To be fair and for the approved pre-candidates, I will be paying for this first task if agreed with the other general terms and are pre-selected to get the documents.
* The documents will be ONLY sent for those that interact and generate interest + agree with the terms that would be discussed.
I want to add emphasis to the fact that I'm looking for *full timers*, long term commitment.
