Build my own web scraper for 1 website

I need my own web scraper, one I can host on my own server or run local.
It needs to have a simple user interface, just submitting of the URL to scrape will do.
The scraper needs to be able to scrape pages from just 1 website, all the pages have the same structure. Only one page has to be scraped at the time.
An example of a page: [url removed, login to view]
The output that I need is the menu of the restaurant. See attached file for the output and the exact requirements.
It is very important that the output is exactly as the attached file + notes.
