Specification
Create a simple Android app, that opens up a browser window and
creates a mobile hotspot. Project details:
Milestone 1:
● When launching the app it will open a browser with url bar on top.
● When opening the app the device creates a mobile hotspot.
● Possibility to change hotspot credentials from app settings.
● WPA2 encryption for the network needed.
Milestone 2:
● App needs to remember the url it was before closing the app. So
when opening the app again it should open a site where app was
before closing.
● Possibility to define a default url to app settings that is opened
when opening the app.
● The app notifies the user when a new device is connected to the
hotspot
General requirements:
● Must work with latest unrooted Android.
● Designer can use any icons, logos, fonts or which ever graphical
elements. This app is a proof of concept - type of app, not intended
for the actual end users.
● We need to do multiple iterations, after first milestone there surely
will be some modifications to be made, the designer must accept a
certain amount of extra work for the iterations.
