Add WooCommerce to My Existing WordPress Site with 3 Digital Products

Hello Freelancers,
I need someone to add 3 digital products to my website using WooCommerce. Everything is already setup; that includes the WordPress site, the WooCommerce Plugin, PayPal API, etc. I simply need you to make 3 digital products, with a form, and have that form sent to me via Email once the payment has completed.
Again, there are 3 "packages" that you can get: Basic, Professional, Elite. Some will have add-ons; others will not. Simple use a checkbox for the add-on. Furthermore, the "Custom Fields" are the things I want emailed to my specified email address, along with any product add-ons, etc.

I would like to disable to "Add to Cart" and just make it a straight shot, one time purchase through PayPal. Secondly, as discussed before, send the email with the user's custom field information.
