Add text document data base for e-mail

I need to add an e-mail database to the shopping cart on the-point.com. I would like that when someone chooses to add their e-mail address to [url removed, login to view] on check out it adds their e-mail to a text document that I can later copy and past the e-mails into constant cotact for subscriber mail outs.
