Add responsive front-end design using React.js & Css

In short:

I have done the php part, I need a react js developer to design the front end.

In Detail:

I have a good working wordpress with some posts, no images.

I wanted to show the website like an app.

So I created a php page, which gets posts from backend wordpress.

I have 3 Tabs. I show all categories in Tab1.

When clicked, I show all posts of the selected category in Tab2.

When clicked, I show the selected post content in Tab3.

These are all already done in my php code.

What should you do now?

- make the look modern and responsive.

- make the container 95% width in mobile 60% in computer. 95% height in both.

- Use Collapsible listview for Listbox1, since it has 4 types of categories.

- add a (bottom to top) entrance animation for tab contents.
