Hi,
I need to add a few features to the website TinyHugs.net.
1. Need subscription service, so the client subscribes to be able to book an unlimited number of Zoom meetings with nannies. They are only charged after the client agrees to hire the nanny. The charges are monthly. They can increase the charge to access nannies who have Criminal Record Checks done, increase more for CPR trained nannies, and increase more for nannies who have Early Childhood Education training.
2. Nanny is charged to upload their profile. They enter credit card, but are only charged after they have received their first job.
3. Need to integrate Zoom so that people can request a meeting with 3 nannies. The user would need to have option to click "request meeting." Then they'd choose their time, and it would notify the nannies of the request. The first nanny to agree to the time would have the meeting setup. There would be notifications sent out (I'm not sure if that can be done through Zoom or if we also need to integrate Calendarly or something).
4. Requires Stripe integration for automatic charging of credit cards.
5. Would need page with all the nannies. Admin needs to be able to upload nanny profile, including image.
6. Interface with user friendly dashboard for nanny and for client. Interface includes each user's profile, chat area that integrates on email where the messages also appear, and a calendar where the client requests days and times for service, and then the nanny is notified, and has to confirm those times. Nanny dashboard will include where she can log hours for each day, and client has to confirm. That is connected to the automatic payments.
Later, we need to add an app, but that can be done by other team. Please let me know if this needs to be done on custom code. Site is currently on WP.
