Simple lexer and recursive descent parser writen in PHP

We woud like to have defined a lexer an a parser to analize some config files. Those config files have the standard format of a [login to view URL] file.

The main task then is to have developed a parser in PHP that analyzes one of those [login to view URL] files, verifies if all the definitions in [login to view URL] are correct according to the definitions in the lexer and, if not, shows error messages identifying the line and type of error.

We would also like to use the element definition in the lexer to generate html forms to fill data. This form generation is not part of this project. Coder only has to take into consideration that we want to reuse the language definition to construct forms.

Attached you have a basic [login to view URL] with examples of each type of element. It is not exhaustive.

In order to any proposal to be taken into consideration, we require a brief explanation on how the lexer and parser will be built, which is required from our side to define the options of each element and evidence of similar works being done before.

We would like to have te work done in 48h maximum.

Though we have defined it as a simple project ($30-$250) we expect this to be very cheap. New tasks will be assigned to the selected coder after this first job.
