Sports portal - finishing off an already built site

I have a website that has been already built (about 80% of it) and I need it finished off. It is done in Joomla and I have a list of few things that need some work on in order for site to be completed. Most of it is moving some portal sections around the site, fixing the comments, blog and social bookmarking components, and few cosmetics too. However, the most important thing is fixing the rss feed component as the site is based on rss news.
