I'm currently working with a client who owns a Pilate exercising company. Her business has been steadily expanding and is now looking to enhance her web appearance. We need a full website template for this project. This website was pointed out to me as one she liked: [url removed, login to view] Something similar to that yet of course unique. For this a full template is needed with HTML code compliant to W3 standards. She said that she liked a greenish color scheme. I was thining a greenish colour with maybe a light grey background? Anyway most of that is up to you as a designer to decide. I will be providing pictures of her business and staff that should be added to the design. I myself am a professional PHP programmer and I'm constantly stressing speed. The site will have to load quicky so the design must encorperate a good blend of HTML to images. If the accepted person has good work ethics and a high quality of work there is a good chance I can provider you with more business. I will finish off here with a quote she made: "It is a very similar sleek, streamlined, professional look I am going for"
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
