more details to be given but basically looking for a site to built using drupal.
the site will be a cross between cnn's ireport and youtube we are not looking to clone the sites however.
we have the logo and color schemes, however we need someone who has graphic design capabilites.
winning bidder will have built similar sites.
project will be paid out:
10% to start,
20% after design,
20% after programming
25% after testing & debugging
25% after successful launch
