jQuery Tooltips + HTML Templates Design(repost)

I need 3 jQuery tooltips, as follows:

a) A generic mouseOver text bubble. ***IMPORTANT*:** must be SEO-ready and bot crawlable. I will provide text.

b) An animation of about10 pics that recycles constantly upon page load. I will provide the pics and related specs.

c) A horizontal conveyor belt with several images that recycles constantly upon page load. I will provide pics and related specs.

Also, 3 generic SEO-ready hard-coded HTML W3C-compliant and cross-browser compatible Templates. Must be viewable on standard PC & Laptops of any Browser ***and also*** on mobile devices such as Tablets & Smart-phones. Must have separate (external) CSS and Scripts files to minimize code on the actual page. I will provide hand-drawn sketches, color scheme and instructions. One page has several editable sections and embedded jQueries, the other pages are very basic. These Templates will be applied to an existing site, so most text & pics are already available, but will be adapted to the new design. ***IMPORTANT*:** No CMS.

***Prior experience in the above is absolutely necessary and creative suggestions on improving the design and SEO will be most welcomed and heavily considered in selecting the right coder for this.***
