wordpress plugin builder

We have a website and currently search is being made through formidable plugin fields we need to make search through wordpress default search with our fileds and mkae search faster and also result of search page we want featured post is displayed first then other posts.

We need a to make a plugin to do the above work

This is an urgent work and need to be done at earliest. More work can come later on of successful programmer
