Need a plugin for wordpress that allows me to add comments to articles
1. have a field for a username, (When a add a comment this user should be created on the fly if it doesn't already exist)
2. have a field for a password that is prepopulated with a random value
3. have a field for the comment
4. have a field for the comment date and time
5. have a dropdown for the article/page the comment should be on
6. Comments should be auto approved
Plugin should be easily installed to current wordpress guidelines
