Get lightbox to work on my Wordpress Blog

Hi,
I have a photography blog with the Photocrati Theme installed and it's working great in all areas except Lightbox not working when you are browsing my photos on blog posts.
This theme has its own "Lightbox" type system for galleries you create using their own coding, and these galleries are separate from them, so when you are browsing good old blog posts and there are multiple images on the page, even with all my own attempts to install lightbox, third party versions, you click the image link and it opens in a new window. In some cases I select for the image to simply open in an attachment view page, but I want a lightbox for all images.

So, there's two things,
1. lightbox needs to work when clicking an image link if there is just one image
2. ligbtbox needs to work with galleries created within the image upload feature of an individual post.
3. do not alter or otherwise ruin the work done for me a month or so ago with continous scroll plugin (had to hire a freelancer for that too on this theme).
So I love this theme but need to get this working, I can show the winning bidder exactly what I mean with my links, etc.
So if you think you can get lightbox to work where a semi-experienced wordpress blogger like me could not make it work despite many tries and many versions of lightbox, your bid is welcome. Please do not bid if you think this might be a challenge.

Skills needs to be updated! It should include javascript! I have installed lightbox many times you can see one at my blog!
