Banner Advert Modification

I have the photoshop design files for banner advertisements (will be provided to selected designer). I require new banners made for a similar product so I need someone to do the following to the existing banners:

1) Change the text (new text will be provided);

2) Insert graphics of the new product into the banners (graphics will be provided);

3) Make any other changes necessary to make this banner advertisement campaign as effective as possible. This may include moving certain elements to the appropriate place, changing text colours, inserting more of your own graphics appropriate to the cause, or leaving existing graphics as you see fit, etc.

468 x 60 Banner

728 x 90 Leaderboard

120 x 600 Skyscraper

250 x 250 Large Square

336 x 280 Large Rectangle

These advertisements need exceptional style and quality!

I will have ongoing work for a graphic designer who has the right flair for marketing.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
