Wordpress template customization & additional of new feature

I am looking for an expert in wordpress customization and web design to work on a simple but important project. I have purchased a template which I need someone to customize it, and add up some functionalities which are not in the purchased template. The person should be good in php and mysql and should have good experience to work with wordpress and directory press. I will provide the link for the reference of the website to be built.
I need only those who are dedicated to their duties and ready to deliver quality projects on time. Full time is necessary for this project as it need to be completed as soon as possible. Bidders are expected to show links to similar projects they have handled in the past as a proof of their competency in wordpress design. They should also provide a proof that they did the job by themeselves.
I have already purchased a template which I need to be customized. I will accept proposal of how to do the job better, including changing the template or developing the website from scratch.
