1) home page ( simple page with some introduction)
2) sign up / login page, so user can create a login and login to the site
3) once login , they should be able to post a book.
4) search page to list books
5) confirm sale button. that will show the user details of the person who posted the book.
I think it can be made in wordpress with another module that adds custom fields.
Book Fields: title, description , location
I have some more details, but in short the concept is exactly same as postyourbook.com.
