WordPress Design and Development (One page)

I want a One Page WordPress theme for portfolio site.

I like the design and features of the following two themes:

Your task is to design my theme first and after approval of the design you will develop it for WordPress.

I want something similar to those two themes above. You should not copy exact design from them. My theme should be unique in design and smart as those themes. So, you should be creative enough to make me a well designed One page WordPress portfolio theme. You will make a Blog page and a Single post page as well. Please write 'I am creative' in your bid, otherwise your bid won't be considered.

- My theme should be 100% Responsive and work in all major browsers and all sizes of devices properly.

- My theme should be in Latest WordPress and I should be able to edit/remove/add every element of my theme using the WordPress Admin panel.

-Your code should be clean, human readable and w3c valid. And, you should follow WordPress coding standard.

-You can decorate my theme with any images you want as long as they are not copyright protected.

-I will need work update report in every 2nd day. If I don't get update report regularly I have full right to cancel the project
