Hello Freelancers:
I'm looking for someone that could create a WP template with some detailed characteristics that can be viewed in pics attached.
I need to see other works made by the worker in the past related with WP template creation before to decide about the winner of this project.
The template should not have any link to your websites or blogs.
But before all, there are some considerations to be taken in count:
1.) NO MILESTONE. If you want to work in this project is necessary that you know that I will not give any money advance just because I post this projects some weeks ago and a freelancer called "Bestpro126" (please search for this user and read their reputation) stole my money and finally he did nothing.
2.) Only when I can see the template working as I want, the totally payment will be released.
3.) The budget for this project is only $100 and if you are willing to do this for less then will be better. I know that a talented person can do this job in no more than 3 days.
Please don't bid through more than one user. If I detect someone doing this the freelancer will be disqualified.
After this if you are agree to participate in this project then bid now.
